The model
Read full New Citroën C4 reviewThe updated Citroën C4, especially in its temptingly priced, entry-level You! form, is worth a good look. It’s an easy car to drive every day, being quiet and comfortable. What’s more, it represents an affordable way into a coupé-styled SUV. However, some rivals are simply more well-rounded (the VW Taigo is better to drive and more spacious, for example).
The trim
See full equipmentThis entry-level trim keeps costs low and comes with a decent amount of kit, including alloy wheels, dual-zone air-conditioning and touchscreen infotainment. It’s the one we’d recommend, although we can understand if you’re tempted by Plus or Max trim.
The engine
See full engine specsThis is your cheapest, 50kWh battery option and the sole battery offered with You! and Plus trims. Its range between charges could be better – in the real world, you’ll be lucky if you see 200 miles.
