In our latest reliability survey, owners reported mixed reliability on the Citroën e-C4, with concerns raised about recurring faults and inconsistent dealer service. One owner reported persistent issues with warning lights appearing on the dashboard, which required multiple visits to the dealership for diagnosis and repair. Despite assurances, the problem recurred, leaving the owner frustrated with the lack of a permanent fix. Another owner experienced a fault with the car’s charging system, which took weeks to resolve due to delays in parts availability.
Feedback on dealership experiences was similarly varied. While some owners praised staff for being polite and willing to help, others criticised the service for being slow and unresponsive. One reader noted the dealership's poor communication during repairs, leaving them in the dark about progress.
Overall, while some e-C4 owners had acceptable experiences, others highlighted reliability concerns and less-than-ideal dealer support.
