If you're eager to buy a used Volkswagen you'll be pleased to know there's a great used car scheme to back your purchase up. The beauty of the Volkswagen Approved Used scheme is that it covers cars of any age as long as it has not done over 100,000 miles, which is very generous.
Once you've bought it, the car then comes with a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty, as well as 2 years worth of MOT protection (although, like most MOT policies, this won't cover wear and tear items that usually cause a car to fail this inspection). You'll also get 2 years of roadside assistance for both the UK and the EU, a 30-day/1000 mile exchange programme with no quibbles, a 142-point check on the car prior to sale, a full vehicle mileage and service history check and five days free insurance.
