Used test: Seat Ateca vs Skoda Karoq verdict
Two of our favourite family SUVs go head-to-head to find out which one makes the most sense used. Read on to find out if the Seat Ateca or Skoda Karoq is the best choice...
Our verdict
At the beginning of this test, we stated that the Skoda Karoq had a good chance of beating the almighty Seat Ateca despite its high acclaim, and we meant that. Its polished ride, flexible rear seating and generous kit list really takes the fight to its Spanish rival.
The sporty Ateca is more fun and capable to drive, and comes with a punchier feeling engine, but apart from that it possesses essentially all the same plus points as its competitor. As such, personal preference regarding the driving experience will likely play a large part in which you choose.
That said, the Karoq is the better all-rounder, nonetheless. It's our champion.
