Is it good value?
* Spacious and refined * Unsettled ride, though * From 16,895 to 23,695...
Prices start at 16,895 for a petrol car and 18,395 for a diesel, so the 5008 costs slightly more than a Grand C4 Picasso.
However, air-conditioning is standard across the range, when it's missing from the cheapest version of the Citron.
All 5008s also get stability control, six airbags, a maximum five-star Euro NCAP safety rating and front electric windows, but you have to upgrade to the Sport model if you want rear electric windows, alloy wheels and cruise control.
The Exclusive model sits at the top of the range and comes with everything from dual-zone climate control and a panoramic glass roof to Bluetooth and rear parking sensors.
Our verdict
Beats the Picasso in some areas; falls short in others
