Skoda took the top two spots in the annual JD Power satisfaction survey, ensuring that the Czech manufacturer rose to fourth in the 'best brands' classification.
The Superb won the prize for the UK's best car prize, while the Yeti came in close behind in second. Both cars also won their respective categories, leading to an impressive all-round performance by Skoda.
In addition, the Skoda network of dealerships was praised thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Its cars also continue to develop a reputation for being reliable, versatile and excellent value for money.
"JD Power is all about customer satisfaction and for the Superb and Yeti to take the top two positions is fantastic. It's testament to Skoda's innovative thinking, quality of the cars, and the outstanding service offered by our dealers," said Alasdair Stewart, brand director for Skoda UK.
