Mazda3 expecting to make its mark on the company car sector

The brand new Mazda3 is looking to make an impact in the company car market, with the car expected to become a new leader in its class.

According to the manufacturer, the new model delivers top quality performance, with excellent fuel economy and low emissions. The latter factor will help in a significant reduction in road tax for the vehicle, making it more attractive for consumers and business organisations.

The carbon reduction is achieved through the use of Mazda's SKYACTIV-G petrol engines and SKYACTIV-D diesel engines, producing emissions from 104g/km.

Head of fleet at Mazda Steve Tomlinson said the Mazda3 provides a real alternative to people looking for vehicles in the C and C/D segments.

“The introduction of SKYACTIV technology in both the Mazda CX-5 and new Mazda6 within the past 12 months has helped to increase Mazda’s penetration in the fleet sector and the arrival of the all-new Mazda3 with similar benefits will further enhance our fleet proposition,” he added.
