Drivers only have a few days left to wait until they can get their first glimpse at the all-new Range Rover Sport, when it takes part in a groundbreaking live drive in New York.
On March 26th, Land Rover’s brand-new vehicle will drive through the streets of Manhattan in a test which will demonstrate to the world the motor’s transformed on-road dynamics and unrivalled breadth of capability.
While fans in New York will have the opportunity to see the all-new Range Rover Sport pass by them, those based elsewhere around the world can watch the entire live drive via a special microsite being set up by Land Rover specifically for the event.
Billed as being “the best seats in the house”, motoring enthusiasts who tune into the live broadcast will be able to select from a wide range of camera angles and viewing angles to get a glimpse of the entire workings of the newest Range Rover Sport to hit the market.
On top of this, those responsible for creating the fastest, most responsive and agile vehicles in the Land Rover range will be interviewed throughout the world premiere to talk about the car’s state-of-the-art driving dynamics, innovative technology and unique design.
John Edwards, the global brand director at Land Rover, acknowledged: "The all-new Range Rover Sport is highly anticipated. The new Sport will not only be the most dynamic Land Rover to date but also the most technology packed and its new, all-aluminium lightweight architecture results in reduced CO2 and improved fuel economy.
“I look forward to sharing full details on March 26th 2013.”
As well as representing the start of the 2013 New York Auto Show, Land Rover has also chosen Manhattan as the location for the all-new Range Rover Sport’s live drive as New York City currently represents the vehicle range’s largest market.
