Chevrolet Trax set for UK launch

Chevrolet has revealed it will be launching its new SUV, the Trax, in the UK, with two trim levels and a choice of three engines.



According to the US car manufacturer, the Trax will offer a "modern, highly versatile yet fuel-efficient small SUV" that can offer a combination of practicality, safety and space.



The car itself measures 4,248 mm in length, with a width of 1,776 mm and a wheelbase of 2,555 mm and has sufficient space to accommodate five people.

Toyota unveils new Auris

Toyota has unveiled the latest addition to its Auris range, the Touring Sports, which sees an estate body style added for the first time.



With estate versions accounting for about 25 per cent of the sales mix in the mainstream family car market (C-segment) in Europe, Toyota has announced that the Auris Touring Sports will be the first to be available with a full hybrid powertrain.

Land Rover unveil all-new Range RoverLand Rover has unveiled the all-new Range Rover at the Paris International Motor Show, the world's first SUV with a lightweight all-aluminium body, which the manufacturer claims makes it the most refined and capable vehicle in its class.

BMW named as 'most eco-friendly car firm'

BMW 320d Efficient DynamicsNew research has determined the cars manufactured under the guidance of BMW offer the least carbon dioxide per brake horsepower produced.

New engine models for the Volkswagen Beetle announced

Two additional engine derivatives are to be added to the Volkswagen Beetle product range, the German car maker has revealed.

Drivers will be able to order the two new varieties from today, with both models set to hit showrooms in January 2013.
